Referring Physicians Cardiology Specialists of Orange County (CSOC) has 4 convenient locations for your patients: Santa Ana, Orange, Irvine and Newport Beach. Dr. Cohen, Dr. Pagano, Dr. Bahram Eslami and Dr. Mahmoud Eslami take patient appointments in our Irvine and Newport Beach offices. Dr. Meltzer, Dr. Cohen, Dr. Bahram Eslami, Dr. Pagano, and Dr. Mahmoud Esalmi take patient appointments in our Santa Ana office. Dr. Mahmoud Eslami and Dr. Paul Meltzer take patient appointments in our Orange office. Cardiology Specialists of Orange County (CSOC) is pleased to provide you with state of the art non-invasive cardiac testing for your patients. In the Santa Ana office, we have stress testing, echocardiography, nuclear image and Holter/Event monitoring. In addition, External Counter Pulsation (ECP) is available in our Santa Ana office for patients with chronic stable angina. All of our diagnostic stress testing's are performed by one of our Board Certified cardiologists and our nuclear image studies are read onsite. Our practice honors all major insurance companies and participates in multiple Managed Care plans. Our practice has physicians who specialize in multiple areas of cardiology, including but not limited to, invasive, interventional, Electrophysiology (e.g. pacemakers, ICD's, arrhythmia problems), valvular problems, etc. We are on staff at several hospitals and are available to assist you in the diagnosis and treatment of your patients throughout the area.
